Directions: Soften rough skin by soaking in warm water. Dry thoroughly. File across rough skin build-up using repeated strokes. Do not remove too much skin during one use, as this is natural protection against pressure and friction. After use, moisturize your feet. Wash file with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
